Send a concise release, confirmed dates, approved links and the clearest available contact for follow-up.
Photography / media access
State the photography rules, pit or stage access, usage terms, approved credit line and any delivery deadline.
Embargoes
Mark the embargo date and time, including time zone, before the material. Radio Editorial will confirm before accepting an embargo.
