1. Data we collect
We collect information needed to run creator accounts and the publication, including your email address, profile details, drafts, published articles, collaboration records, moderation results, newsletter choices and basic technical or analytics data.
2. Public information
If you publish through Open Frequency, your public creator name, handle, profile information, byline and published articles may be visible to anyone. Drafts are not intended to be publicly listed before you publish them.
3. How we use data
We use account data to authenticate you, save drafts, support collaboration, enforce generation and publication limits, run pre-publication checks, display published work, operate the service, prevent abuse and communicate with you about your account.
4. AI processing
When you use AI writing, research or review features, relevant prompts and article content may be processed by AI infrastructure used by Radio Editorial so those features can operate. Do not include private information in a prompt unless it is necessary and you have the right to provide it.
5. Service providers
Radio Editorial relies on infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, email, media delivery and AI processing. These providers process data only as needed to provide those services under their own applicable terms and privacy obligations. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use essential browser storage for authentication, preferences and creation flows. Optional analytics technologies are used subject to the consent choices presented on the site.
7. Retention and deletion
Account and creator data may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for security, backups, legal obligations or dispute handling. Published material may remain available until it is unpublished or removed, subject to cached copies and backups.
8. Security
We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect data. Internal newsroom, moderation and distribution systems are restricted to authorised staff roles and are separate from public creator accounts.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe using the link in a message. Contact Radio Editorial for privacy or account-data requests.
10. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact Radio Editorial through the publication's listed contact channels.
